Note: For international payments, additional verification may be required depending on the bank or payment method used.
3. Pricing and Currency
All prices listed on PureCity are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) for domestic orders and in USD for international orders, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but once your order is confirmed, the price will remain locked in.
- Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping destination. The tax rate will be shown at checkout.

We aim to resolve issues promptly, and chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in the cancellation of your account or access to services.

Once an item is returned and accepted for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
